چکیده مقاله:

Injection and production activities will cause pore pressure and stresses variation in reservoir and surrounding formation. Moreover, reservoir compaction during production leads to slip of bedding planes and casing damage. Therefore, in this study, displacement of reservoir in one of the oil fields in southwest of Iran has been investigated numerically. The three-dimensional modeling of the reservoir cosidering the in-situ conditions and subsidence due to the production has been studied by numerical modeling. Model has been validated by analytical relations and then the results of numerical modeling in actual production rate; there was good agreement with analytical relations.
