چکیده مقاله:

One of the most important utilizations in northern Zagros is Galazani (pruning) and using of oak limbs as fodder. This kind of use leads to prominent changes in forest biodiversity in some region. The purpose of this study is determination the Effect distance from village on quantity tree diversity in the Havare khol in the Baneh city in the Kurdistan province. The distance from village was categorized in the groups of 1) less than 400 m, 2) 400-800 m and 3) more 800 m. 60 sampling plots were sampled based on Systematic-random method in the 200×300 m grid covering the full extent of the Havareh khol forest. Trees species were recorded in 10 R circle sample plots. Species richness, Shannon, Simpson, Menhinik and Margalev diversity index were used to evaluate plant diversity in each sampling plot. The means of different diversity indices were calculated and Analyze of variance (Anova) was used to analysis all Biodiversity index means differences in the distance classes from village. Acording to results Tree diversity index shows as verse relation with increasing of distance from village because the human and livelihoods pressure reduce and forest destruction is minimum quantity of some. The differences between biodiversity indexes in different distance from village were statistically significant. Therefore, prevention of livestock grazing, irregular tree cutting and traditionally pruned (Galazani) in the degraded forest stands (nearest the village) can be suggested as a suitable approach for natural restoration and increasing tree diversity in the Northern Zagros forest.
