Dust Data Comparison of West and East of Iran (Case Study: Zabol and Ahvaz Synoptic Stations)

چکیده مقاله:
One of the most commonly occurring atmospheric events in arid and semi-arid regions of the world which greatly affect human life, is dust. In this research with the aim of statistical dust comparison of west and east of Iran the abundance of 06 and 07 cods in two synoptic station of Sabol and Ahvaz was studied. The result shows that the number of dust event based on 06 and 07 codes abundance in Zabol station is almost twice as many as Ahvaz. Also more than 99 percent of total recording codes in Zabol station related to 07 codes which indicates that decapitation source of dust is local but in Ahvaz station reverse Zabol station most of the recording codes is related to 06 codes which indicates non-local and regional and trans-regional source of dust. Also in Zabol station the most occurrence of dust phenomenon occurs in the early morning but in Ahvaz station most dust phenomenon occurs in the middle of the day.Key words: Ahvaz, Statistical, Dust, Zabol.
