The role of location of data centers and user bases to reduce response time and cost in cloud computing

Cloud computing means to share computing resources, hardware and software over the Internet. Using cloud computing instead of local resources we can use computing resources around the world no need to have them on the local compute. The number of users accessing this service is increasing drastically day by day. As the cloud is made up of datacenters; which are very much powerful to handle large numbers of users still then the essentiality of load balancing is vital. Choosing the suitable locations for user bases according to the locations of datacenters is important to decrease workload on datacenters and minimizing response time and cost. Optimizing response time and cost are of the most important issues that always cloud service providers to think. In this article we try to show the role of the location of data centers and users to optimize response time and cost by using simulation.
