The synthesis of Bi2WO6/MCM-48mesoporousnanocomposite

This study has focused on the rapid and simple synthesis and characterization of Bi2WO6/MCM-48 nanocompositeusing ultrasound assisted method for the first time. At first, the employed Bi2WO6 nanostructure was prepared by mechanochemical reaction followed by heat post-reaction.The initial reagents were mixed to each other, the powder mixture was ball milled for 1h at room temperature and then, the resulting precursor was treatedat 450℃ for 2h. Then, the obtained product was mixed with MCM-48 mesoporous silica material in ex-situ model via ultrasound assisted impregnation at room temperature. The structural and morphological properties of the resultant products were discussed in details.
