Evaluation of TTF for measuring the performance of BI tools in strategic decision making process

The purpose of this research is to investigate if the TTF model can be used for measuring the performance of BI tools in strategic decision making process. Many articles claim that BI improves organization’s performance but there’s no research done in order to show how it improves. The study does three literature reviews of BI tools, Strategic decision making process and TTF model and also analyzes 23 cases in which TTF have been applied and explores them in different industry sectors and organizational levels. The result of this research shows that TTF model can be used for measuring the performance of BI tools in strategic decision making process
