Identify the challenges that exploit cloud computing in Islamic Azad University Sciences and Research will be faced with the problem

According to the early stage of cloud computing implementation in Iran, this article attempts to investigate the obstacles of cloud computing implementation in general. Recently, government agencies began to use the cloud computing architecture, framework and applications to deliver services and meet theneeds of their own subset. Despite many advantages and opportunities of cloud computing technology, there are several disadvantages which, Science and Research Branch of Islamic Azad University should know them before migration to the cloud environment. In typical uses in universities, systems and servers usually havelow performance during the night or on holidays between semesters; on the other hand, this resource will beneeded desperately at the end of semesters. The use of services and web applications due to their proven benefits is very widespread. The provision of services by cloud computing requires processing resources such as CPU, memory, etc. Also these resources should have more adaptation with needs and processing capacityof services. The problem and obstacle of cloud computing will be identify in this research and a conceptual model will be drawn with mentioning the influencing factors on it.
