چکیده مقاله:

The family Entomobryidae (Order Collembola) contains the so-called slender springtails, a group ofspringtails (Collembola) characterized as having an enlarged fourth abdominal segment and a well-developedfurcula. Fourth segmented antenna always present. Species in this family may be heavily scaled and can bevery colorful. They can be found throughout the word in a wide range of habitats but most species liveamong leaf litter, on the soil surface, under the bark of trees, in the forest canopy or in caves. In order toinvestigate the family of the Entomobryidae, different soil samples were taken from leaf litter in Sari regions(orchards, agricultural crop and forest). Collemola extracted by heat in Berlise funnel and during one year(1389-1390). Additionally, some specimens were catch by pitfall trap. In sum, five genus and six specieshave been collected that four species were new for Iran. These species are as follows:Entomobrya atrocnita, Entomobrya multifasciata, Seria domestica, Heteromurus major, Pseudosinellaspec(octopunctata), Lepidacyrtus sp.
