چکیده مقاله:

Powder injection molding is a unique process that can convert powders of metal, ceramic, and ceramic materials into final pieces. If this process is used to form metal parts, it is called the Injection Molding (MIM). In this method, the powder mixes the material with a polymeric set of materials and creates a mass of injectable material called feedstock. The feedstock is injected by conventional injection machines to obtain a green material. After the injection, the green part is depleted and the polymer material is removed. In this paper, with the help of new processes of thermal treatment and particle of the secondary phase, the control of grain growth, which is the most important process of dynamical restoration during sintering of the components produced by the injection molding process, is studied. For this purpose, ceramic particles containing zirconium were used to control the particle growth and to obtain spherical particles with a mean grain size of 40 micrometers. The heat treatment was used in the temperature range of 600, 610 ° C and 620 ° C, which results in an optimum state at 620 ° C and a duration of 20 minutes.
