In this paper by usage of the international Telegraph and Telephone Consultative Committee Standard (CCITT) and Electromagnetic Transient Program (EMTP), a precise model has been presented, which can determine the. best suitable clearances for power and communication lines, for any given voltage level, and any conductors configurations.
