Predicting Anxiety Based On Parent-Child Relationship among Families with Single and Several Children

Background: This study aimed at predicting anxiety based on parent-child relationship in families with single and several children in Shiraz.Materials and method: This was a descriptive research. 224 participants were selected using random sampling method and Morgan Table from high school students. Two questionnaires were used to collect data: 1- parent- child, 2- Beck anxietyResults: Given that the purpose of the study was to predict anxiety in families with single and several children, the research findings also indicated that the more father-child relations are, the less child s anxiety will be.
