Investigating the cause of tube slipping in New Grippers of Coiled tubing injector head (Real Case)

In Oil Exploration Operation s Company some New Grippers for injector of coiled tubing were built, but in during the operation on well Tube slipping and gliding were seen. Some tests were defined and after checking it was found the reason Lack of surface hardness . After heat treatment problem was solved.
