Provide a Multivariate Regression Model to Assess the Impact of Supplier s Satisfaction on Logistics Quality

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of suppliers’ satisfaction on thequality of logistics services of manufacturing companies in Arak Industrial No.1. To achieve theexpected results, the factors affecting suppliers’ satisfaction have been extracted from theliterature. Then, while presenting the initial model, related assumptions are formed. Aquestionnaire was designed and after completing them with the help of SPSS software, thehypotheses were analyzed and the results were analyzed using a multivariate regression test. Theresults showed that suppliers’ satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the quality oflogistics services. The findings showed that all three factors affect the supplier’s satisfactionpositively and significantly, and ultimately, the supplier’s satisfaction would provide the qualityof logistics services.
