چکیده مقاله:

Graphene-based materials attracted particular interests recently owing to their outstanding properties, due to of their layer-by-layer structures and broadly used to produce graphene based polymer nanocomposites. These nanocomposites exhibit amazing structural performance and multifunctional properties by combining the characteristics of both components if appropriate structural and interfacial organizations achieved. Even though different organic polymers have been used to fabricate graphene filled polymer nanocomposites by a range of methods, epoxy resin is one the most interesting one. Epoxy resin are the most significant thermosets abundantly used as coatings, adhesives, and composite materials because of their noticeable low density, thermal, electrical, and mechanical properties, which lead to its broad application in various industries and researches. Therefore, it has attracted both academic and industrial interest to study the effect of these new-born nanofilles in order to improve the properties of epoxy materials and overcome challenges to prepare graphen/epoxy nanocomposites. The current article concludes with a brief discussion of recent advances on the effect of graphene and its derivate on the enhancement of thermal, mechanical and electrical properties of graphene/epoxy nocomposites.
