چکیده مقاله:

This paper represents a model to choose optimized route for hazardous material transportation in urban road networks. For this purpose we consider risk parameters population exposure, average time, route length, and number of existence hospitals for each route. In this study we use ALOHA simulator software for determination of incident radius and ArcGIS software for approximate population exposure under the influence of the incident radius for each route. Due to population density and high fuel consumption in Tehran, and fuel risks transportation, we examine gasoline road transportation for Yusefabad station as case study. In this paper we use Tehran GIS data in 2007.finally, as result, it determine that number of existence hospitals parameter has the most sensitivity in choosing optimum route, whereas average time parameter in contrast with route length is more effective.
