چکیده مقاله:

نگاهی به مشخصات فنی قراردادهای را هآهن بیانگر ضعف در ارائه درخواست آزمای شهای پذیرش وسیله نقلیه ریلی یا قطعات آن م یباشد. استفاده صحیح از رویه ها، استانداردها و قواعد ویژه تحوی لگیری وسیله نقلیه ریلی یا قطعات آن، به عنوان تکی هگاهی مناسب برای کارشناسان فنی پیشنهاد می گردد. سعی زیادی شده تا با بررسی و جستجوی وسیع در استانداردها، قواعد و گزارشات تخصصی معتبر، مجموع های موجز با معرفی مختصر آنها ارائه شود. کاربرد این متون تخصصی و فنی در متن مشخصات فنی به طور ساده، واضح و بدون تفسیر چندگانه موجب افزایش اعتماد به عملکرد صحیح وسیله نقلیه ریلی یا قطعات آن شده و باعث حفاظت حقوق خریدار (مجموعه حمل و نقل ریلی) میگردد
