Nowadays, there are many users on one of the popular social media named Instagram. So many businesses and individuals have created a page to introducing their products, services and interests. One of the challenges of having these business pages is getting interested active followers and discovering their customers among billions of users. This paper presents a web-based method that can extract a large number of non-counterfeit users who are active in the target market of any subject in a short time. In addition, a ranking system helps to calculate the activity level and importance of each user in the search topic. Finally, every time you submit a topic to all living languages in the world, it extracts about 115 users per 67.5 seconds and there is no limit to the number of searches. As a result, a number of tests performed on the extracted users illustrate that 91.5% of the results were close to our aim. Because the searched subject is interesting for them. Another analysis report of the ranking system shows that users with higher priority are more active than other extracted users. In addition, we attempted to implement a combination of previous methods to illustrate the improvement of the proposed method by making some comparable criticists.
