Consideration of human resources commitment and loyalty to the organization and doing the role assigned to them and even extra-role tasks, human resources has been a serious concern of the organization managers. The present study aimed to assess the status of organizational citizenship behavior of Qarz Al-Hasaneh Mehr Iran Bank employees in Tehran province. The method of research in terms of purpose, practical, in terms of how to collect data, the descriptive - survey research one. The statistical population consisted of all bank employees of the Qarz Al-Hasaneh Mehr Iran Bank in Tehran, which was selected using simple random sampling method of 219 people as a sample of research. The research tool is the standard questionnaire of Podsakoff et al. (1990) that its validity and reliability were confirmed. The main findings of this study indicate that organizational citizenship behavior and its dimensions are in the fairly high status among the employees of the Qarz Al-Hasaneh Mehr Iran Bank in Tehran. There were also the side implications of the story showing that there is no semantic connection between the organizational citizenship behavior and the views of bank employees based on the moderating variables of gender, education and service history.
