چکیده مقاله:

The Qur an responds to all the material and spiritual needs of man on the path of growth and progress toward perfection. In Qur anic teachings, besides personal, social, economic, etc. considerations, it is explained how the material life of man is correct, which can be considered as an introduction to transcendental life. Nutrition as one of the most important health factors has a significant effect on the evolution of the body and soul. For this reason, one of the Islamic religion s priorities was the type and quality of nutrition. The Holy Qur an, as the basis of the Islamic religion, lays down valuable nutritional guidelines and deals with the nourishment of the soul parallel to the body. The verse framework of the Holy Qur an introduces eating and drinking as one of the most urgent needs of humanity and considers the blessings of God to overcome this need. The Qur an, in addition to bad eating habits, should recall the relationship between man and God and the Day of Judgment. The Koranic teachings show that the enjoyment of the human being in the field of nutrition should not go hand in hand with perfection. The mental background creates harassment. Eating and drinking should not be the goal of man, but rather a way to transfer them to each other. The Qur anic verses recognize the wide range of foods and beverages offered to the public which, while appreciating them, must adhere to the principles, thank them and respect God s limits in this regard, while others for consideration. The Qur an has taught humans even social customs by eating and drinking, and it is pointed out to him that sometimes such pleasures can be the source of his calm. Based on the fact that in Islamic teachings, healthy eating has physical and mental implications in people s minds, it is essential that health decision-makers take into account the nutritional approach of Islam to achieve real or global health in society.
