چکیده مقاله:

Suaeda Aegyptiaca is a species of plant in the family Amaranthaceae (formerly classified under the chenopodiaceae) and salt-affected areas of Iran. In this research, the aqueous extract of Suaeda aegyptiaca plant was obtained in the various frequencies of microwave irradiation (90, 270W) by the microwave-assisted extraction and maceration method. Antimicrobial activity’s the aqueous extracts of this plant and ZnO nanoparticles with disk diffusion (DD) technique; Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and Minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) method were investigated. The antimicrobial activities (MIC, MBC, DD) of aqueous extract and ZnO NPs were evaluated. Thesynthesized ZnO nanoparticles of this plant showed more activity versus aqueous extract. The maximum and minimum antibacterial activity was seen at power 270W and maceration method, respectively. In addition, antioxidant activity, amount totalphenols and flavonoids in aqueous extract of this plant and ZnO nanoparticles was studied and compared. The aqueous extracts has more antioxidant properties in compared to nanoparticles. Also, the obtained extracts by MAE at low frequencies show higher than antioxidants activity at compare to maceration method
