Optimization of reliability indices of SAIDI and ENS with regard to the location and mode of operation of Distributed Generation

According to statistics, about 80% to 90% of interruptions and uncertainty electrical systems due to accidents and definite in the distribution network. The present strategies for improving the reliability of distribution networks are very important that use of distributed generation sources is such as this solution. Power utility can be dispersed generation sources to improve reliability, reduce costs and increase subscriber satisfaction level of its use that this is very important especially in today's competitive environment. Distributed generation resources can be exploited in a variety of performance modes that the most important ones are: peak shaving operation modes, and support and voluntary island mode. The proposed algorithm using a sequential Monte Carlo simulation method in MATLAB software and calculate the most commonly used reliability indices SAIDI and ENS in distribution network operation mode can be optimized to improve the criteria established in DG. With the installation of DG methods on two different feeder bus 2 RTBS standard network will be implemented.
