The areas of study are located in south-west part of Iran and are subjected to the dust samples from ground based instrumentation and dust load over the lands nearby. In fact, the challenge in this case was to find signals from place to place that could give a clear indication of elements level. Several techniques available to obtain dust elements level in response to find defect on our life. ICP-MS Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry has been chosen from different analytical techniques. The concentrations and signal of elements, namely, Be, Na, Mg, Al, Si, K, Ca, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Se, Sr, Cd, Ba, and Pb, retrieved from ten passive samplers in the south and west provinces of Iran were investigated by applying the ICP- MS analysis. Acid digestion (HCl:HNO3) using Aqua (ISO/DIS 17294-2:2014 conc.1:50) were employed for the total elemental analysis. The elements levels from ten samplers were classified in three level (representatives of high, mid and low total elemental concentrations).The experimental results from soil and dust treatment in the south part of research area showed that elements level of dust from samplers is higher than level of elements in the soil (%20-40%). However, in the west part of research area elements level from dust has been elevated about (%10-20%). This might be due to change wind direction in different days and seasons. Besides, this difference becomes greater in dusty-days from both west and south areas.
