FOLLOWING UP OF ABUSERS’ NEUROPATHIES TREATMENT IN WELFARE ORGANIZATIONS CENTERS

چکیده مقاله:

Background and Aim: A total number of 100 abusers referred to the Welfare Organization s addiction centers. When referring their results of blood and urine samples were positive through rapid strip tests. All of the study population had age range between (Mean ±SD) = 45±20. Some of them consumed of the following substances:Heroin-Morphine-Codein-Cannabis-Methadone-Tramadol-Buprexin-Amphetamine-Methamphetamine-MDMA-Ecstasy- cocaine-Phencyclidine- LSD…..Also their Liver and kidney biochemistry tests were normal. Then before the toxification some of abusers are referred with below mentioned signs and symptoms: respiratory depression- fatuige-delirium-narcotic-drowsness-anorexy -convulsion-amnesia- aggression-miosis-mydrisis- tremor-chills-flashing-hypertention - hallucination-slow motion –hypothermia-hypotention……Methods: All data analyzed with one way and two way Anowa Turkey and t-test.When comparing the test results p-value 0≥0.05 were considered as significance level. Most patients after the detoxification period under the supervision of the physicians took drug treatments.Results: Medical therapy of 90 percent of them includes vitamins supplementation with thiamine, folic acid, vitamin B12 monthly for at least 6 months. The results showed that recovered abusers who used supportive care have significantly improved of their neuron and neuromuscular disorders.Conclusion: However we conclude that the supplemental consumption of nontoxic doses of vitamin B-complex with micro minerals and multivitamins and other neuroprotection drugs such as NEUROAid II and highly effective antioxidant drugs such as immunace syrup enhance of immune resistance and neuropathy prophylaxis of abusers.
