چکیده مقاله:

Micro Arc oxidation (MAO) was used to improve corrosion resistance and bioactivity of Ti substrates using titania-hydroxyapatite nano-bioceramic coatings. The layers were coated by applying 200, 350 and 500 V for 5, 10 and 15 min in calcium acetate and sodium phosphate containing electrolyte. Chemical composition and phase structure of coated layers were investigated using EDX and XRD analysis. The layers had comprised of different fractions of hydroxyapatite, anatase, calcium titanate and O-Tri calcium Phosphate (O-TCP) phases depend on different growing 2 S. Abbasi, F. Golestanifard and et al.conditions. Also, Crystallite size of hydroxyapatite was evaluated about 42.4 nm. SEM and AFM results indicated the preparation of porous structure with rough surface. Regarding to applied voltage and time of process, the pore size and the surface roughness of coated layers were in the range of 65-70 nm and 9.8-12.6 nm, respectively. The prepared coating under 350 V for 10 min has the maximum fraction of hydroxyapatite phase and the best CalP ratio (~1.65).
