چکیده مقاله:

Employees are regarded as major sources of change, creativity, learning, andinnovation, which are critical factors to the success of organizations. However, manyemployees choose not to voice their opinions and concerns about matters in theirorganizations. Silence can convey approval and sharing or disfavor and opposition, thusbecoming a pressure mechanism for both individuals and organizations . This paper isfollowed to explain the phenomenon of organizational silence and its consequences, andfinally shows way out of this damaging matter.
