Effective Parameters on the Synthesis of Fine NaA Zeolite Particles

In this research, the effects of crystallization temperature and time, organic template and aging time on the crystallinity and average seed size of the NaA zeolite synthesized via hydrothermal method were investigated. The final products were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. Based on the obtained results, an optimum synthesis conditions was proposed to obtain fine zeolite seeds in nanometric scale.
