This study is to review some research on creativity in teachers. Different researchers have provided various definitions for the term creativity. More precisely this article explains some different definitions of creativity; the importance of creativity in educational settings, and the way educational leaders can train creative thinkers. In addition, the article also mentions the importance of creativity in students’ motivation and betterment of learning. The paper concludes with the common core definition of creativity and offers ways which can be used to improve creativity in teachers.
