خلاصه مقاله:
This paper aimed to evaluate the role of stress on teaching in adults. It’s tried to review several original papers to determine main factors involved in stress on adult teachers. So, stress and adult teachers were our principle keywords that have been considered. Excessive stress can be harmful to a teachers’ performance who perceive their stress levels as very high may often become depressed. This depression can lead to other mental health problems, such as excessive drinking or indiscriminate use of other substances. Adult teachers’ perception of high stress levels can lead to poor academic performance, depression, attrition and serious health problems. Methods to reduce stress often include effective time management, social support, positive reappraisal, and engagement in leisure pursuits. Therefore, studying Adult teachers’ stress and the methods use to deal with it can have important implications for higher education conditions and their ability to adjust to demands and cope with these stressors is important in achieving success in the college and institutes and etc.
