خلاصه مقاله:
A number of problems are faced by the teachers and students regarding the newly published Prospect books used for English teaching in high schools. Some unavoidable facts such as students with different English proficiency in the same class, some drawbacks in the prospect books, rigid method imposed with little allowance of creativity, and other factors related to the classroom environment makes the learning/ teaching process quite tedious. The aim of this study is to introduce some innovative ideas to improve the situation to some extent by bridging the gap between the intermediate and beginner learners and the sources/materials to alleviate some of the shortcomings in the textbooks to make the teaching learning process an enjoyable and fruitful one.
