خلاصه مقاله:
The main purpose of this research is assessing factors affecting the degree of preparation for implementingknowledge management. For data collection and considering hypothesis the field method has been used thatthe provided questionnaire has been given to the staff of municipality of Rasht. Validity coefficient(cronbachalpha) of the questionnaire of knowledge management and the factors affecting preparation of knowledgemanagement has been evaluated 0.929 and 0.963 in order. The society of the research is staff of centraldepartment of Rasht municipality having at least B.A degree that is totally 329 staff. The sample volume wasestimated 177 people by using Cochran formula. The collected data have been estimated by using descriptivestatistics(using frequency distribution table) and inferential statistics(using multi variable regression test andcorrelation coefficient). The result of this research at the level of 95% certainty shows that parameters ofchange management with 0.739, organizational culture with 0.717, human resource with 0.635, IT with 0.586and organizational culture with 0.484 have the highest correlation with preparation for implementingknowledge management and also the result of regression test showed that change management, organizationalculture and human resource are the best predictors of preparation for implementing knowledge management.
