Computer simulation of evolutionary processes is already well established technique for the study of environmental, biological and economic dynamics. The use of code in architecture as a formal and design convention has a long tradition. The transformations of those codes and constraints have determined development of architecture throughout history. Parametric design, in designing is dependent on computer software. If we demand a definition of parametric method we can say, it alters process of complex thinking which is done unconsciously, into a conscious-based one with the aid of computer systems, matrix and mathematical procedures. Current parametric design generates many possible solutions during modeling and design process, but in the final stage, only allows users to choose one solution to develop. Parametric design is well-established in engineering and is increasingly applied in architectural design. In urban design, however, despite obvious potentials, is still in its relative infancy. In the last few years, parametric design techniques and technologies have been transferred to urbanism; Urbanism operates with massive dynamic urban data.This paper begins with an introduction of theory and practices of current parametric design and clarifies the connections between its methods and physical parametric design. Then a few new concepts and prototypes are proposed, and physical parametric designs are demonstrated. This paper stresses the concept of similarity matrix as the unifying factor to construct a parametric relational urban model that can meaningfully cross breeding different kinds of urban data and synchronize other urban analysis tools, such as space-syntax. Finally, this paper evaluates new possibilities of this design strategy and construction method, and discusses how the physical models impact digital parametric models
