خلاصه مقاله:
Peptides are beneficial to control of metal elements, such as cadmium (Cd),and lead (Pb).We investigated that if peptides decreases the Cd and Pb content in soils which wheat was main crop in these regions. Experimental Soils were analyzed for total concentrations of Cd and Pb.The studies in the plant tissues were indicated that peptides could induced activity of GR(Glutathione Reductase) and it may be caused Cd and Pb detoxification. Data analysis showed that peptide ligands include metallothioneins(MTs) and phytochelatins (PCs) had significant effect on GR rates and could decrease the ROS (Reactive Oxygen Spcies) in plant tissues due to heavy metals detoxification. The results showed that phytochelatins was more effective than metallothioneins in control water deficit and detoxification of Cd and Pb in wheat.
