خلاصه مقاله:
In this work, nanocomposite hydroxy sodalite-palladium membrane was prepared by ion-exchange method on the outer surface of porous tubular α-alumina support. Synthesized membrane wascharacterized by XRD, SEM and EDX analysis methods. The results of XRD and SEM analysesconfirmed successful synthesis of defect free hydroxy sodalite zeolite membrane on the support surface. The results of EDX analyses showed that Na, Pd and Si ions were distributed uniformly in the prepared nanocomposite membrane structure. Performance of the prepared membrane in the separation ofhydrogen from condensable hydrocarbons like n-Pentane was investigated and permselectivity values of 8-10 were obtained
