The chabazite-like silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieve SAPO-34 was synthesized using diethylamine and morpholine as templates, and the effect of using the mixture of these two templates were investigated in detail. Synthesis gel was treated by ultrasonic waves before hydrothermal treatment for all samples. XRD, SEM and FTIR were used to characterize the zeolites. During methanol to olefin reaction, the catalytic performance of these samples wasconducted in a micro reactor in the temperature range of 300-500℃. Test results indicated that the light olefins (C2 =+C3 =) selectivity is about 90% in MTO reaction on these samples, and the methanol conversion is about 100% at 400℃.
