خلاصه مقاله:
This study aims at assessment of the mutuality of employment relationships in the management of human resources in Iranian context. To this end, 20 employees and managers from a non-governmental company in Isfahan, Iran, whose age ranged from 25 to 55 years old, were selected randomly. Three tests of capability, commitment, and contribution were considered in the interview to the participants. The results of this study showed that knowledge and skill in capability match, flexibility in commitment match, and over-performing in contribution match are important issues for the managers. While the employees preferred to use their knowledge and skill to develop themselves in test of capability, to have security at work in test of commitment, and get economic and social rewards in test of contribution. This study helps the managers and organizations to consider the employment relationships in order to develop employees and organizations in a higher and a more effective level.
