Nowadays، in complex and dynamic environments، desire for Science takes broader amplitude and depth، and managers tend to employ the most effective strategy for getting familiar with and exploitating this Science. This article is mainly aimed at investigating the relationship between organizational socialization and Science management in Shahid Bahonar Custom in Bandar Abbass. In the current research، taormina theory (2004) and Bhatt theory (2001) were used as theoretical framework for organizational socialization and Science management. Research method in terms of quality and style is of descriptive-correlational study. Because of limited statistical population، the whole staff was considered in this research. Assessment instruments in this article are two realized questionaires including 40 questions. To ensure content validity، expert opinion was sought. Cronbach alpha method was used to determine the reliability of the questionaire، which then delivered to statistical population. Research data was analyzed using SPSS software، descriptive and inferential statistics. To classify، specify and translate the data، descriptive statistics and in order to determine normality of the data by t Kolmogorf- Smirnoff est in inferential level، pearson، spirman and multi-regression test were used. Research reveal that there is a significant relationship between organizational socialization and Science mangement in Shahid Bahonar Custom in Bandar Abbass. Training the employees in organizational socialization enjoys desired condition but not in other dimensions. Improved organizational socialization can lead to an increased Science management in managers and staff and to an increase in their skills regarding Science.
