خلاصه مقاله:
This study was done with the aim of investigation the relationship between the transformational leadership with thecreativity employees in the Behbahan Social Security Organization. The statistical population of this study was 90 persons whoworked in Behbahan Social Security Organization on 2012. Of this، about 73 persons are selected with using of Morgan’s chart andsimple and casual sampling way as a sample. And the Questionnaire completed for them and was analyzed. The evaluationinstruments، Questionnaire of Base and olive transformational leadership with coranbach’s Alpha of %92.3. The Questionnaire ofRand seep creativity with coranbach’s Alpha of %88.2. The data were analyzed with helping of Software such as (LISREL – SPSS).Results of the study showed that there is a significant relationship between transformational leadership and creativity of employeesin the Behbahan Social Security Organization.
