The Caspian Sea the word large land – locked water basin is located in central Asia of the Caucasian territory and Iran. The Sea surface area and average depth is 435000 km2 and 180 m with maximum depth of 1000 m. approximately 130 important rivers enters into Caspian Sea in which Volga river discharge 80% of the total water inflow into Caspian Sea. A survey on physical parameters of temperature, conductivity, salinity, PH and transparency in there study line four depths of 50 m, 10 m, 20 m and 50m. Temperature of water column was determined by Nansen sampler, PH level salinity and electrical conductivity measured by sensitive digital instrument and the transparency determined by Sechiddisk. The result showed that the temperature range 4 to 27 oC varied between depth and seasons, salinity variation were between 10 to 12.5 ppt and the transparency increased with depth and varied in different season. In this literature the physical factor were discussed in different station and seasons.
