خلاصه مقاله:
The aim of this research is connection between spirituality in job environment and psychological empowerment in economic affairs organization. Spirituality in the workenvironmental means significant aspects, a sense of unity and integrity and aligns to values and psychological empowerment means the feeling of competence, self-determination, and asense of influence. From 500 employees, 150 persons were selected as a sample. Pearsoncorrelation and multiple regressions were used to investigate the research hypothesis. The results of data analysis showed a significant positive correlation between spirituality in theworkplace and psychological empowerment and the rate of this correlation is 0/548. Theresults also showed that a significant positive correlation between the dimensions of spirituality in the workplace and psychological capabilities. The results of multiple regressionanalysis indicated that alignment with the values with amount of /307 and Identification with amount of /220 and significant in work with amount of /217 are Effect on Psychological empowerment of employees
