خلاصه مقاله:
The empowerment of human resources in establishing and Ameliorating these resources, is a kind of struggle for making a better life for public; this attitude is a priority for several countries. Improvement of productivity can help manpower to cause progress and utility in targeted rganizations by purposeful thought and attitude and subsequently produce more output than available input. In this research, three important and drastic factor in human resources productivity and efficiency has been evaluated, from the perspective of managers and experts of regional Electric Company of Sistan Baluchestan, by using questionnaires, census method and one sample test. These factor respectively are:-suitable absorption system -correct and efficient maintenance system and -quality of working life The results show that according to the standpoint of statistical population, suitable absorption system, quality of life work and accurate and efficient maintenance system of human recourses are playing an important role in improving the productivity and subsequently empowering the organization.
