خلاصه مقاله:
In this paper, three different models were applied for simulating of thermal plume dispersion in sea water. The selected models were TELEMAC 3D, MIKE 3, and POM. In these model, different schemes were applied for discritizing the governing equations. TELEMAC 3D and POM, simulate thermal plume dispersion by the assumption of hydrostatic pressure and applying Multi Layer technique while MIKE 3, solves the governing equations fully 3D. Moreover, MIKE 3 and POM used structured mesh for discritizing the solution domain, and TELEMAC 3D applied unstructured mesh for domain discritization. In this paper, thermal plume dispersion of a selected case was simulated applying these models, and the results are compared.
