Obviating one's needs as the first important action in life can be a basis for demands organization. The aim of the present study is to compare women's needs in Sistan and Baluchistan province. This study is a descriptive- scaling study. The research ´s statistic society includes all 15-45 years women of this province and 4 cities were chosen by cluster random sampling method. The research instrument was a scholar made questionnaire. Methods of descriptive and inferential non-parametric statistics were used to analyze the results. Validity and justifiability of the questionnaire was calculated by Cronbach's alpha coefficient as 0/72.The results of average needs comparison showed that the highest averages respectively included: cultural need, occupation need, matrimony need and educational need while cultural and occupational needs in Zabol and matrimony and educational needs in Iranshahr had the highest average. For analyzing the difference of needs, values of chi- square showed a significant discrepancy in the level of p<0/01. Also, descriptive results showed that most women had low educations and were displeased about their literacy level. Women in Iranshahr placed educational need in their first preference that had the highest average among other needs. Serious planning in the context of increasing educational opportunities in province level proportional to needs of each city and also attention to other demands such as creating sportive, cultural and welfare facilities and enrichment of women's leisure times, improving living and safety status by authorities is necessary.
