In the future, the natural gas will be the first source of energy in the world. In this regard the characteristics of natural Gas, the increasing in price of Oil, low embarrassment of oil and virgin characteristics of natural gas are important. Consuming of natural gas in three last decades had been increased in compare to other sources of energy. For creation of stability in global markets and security of gas resources founding an international system as an OPEC is necessary. Emerging of such system in long term period would be in the interests of producers and exporters of natural gas. This article in the base of International Neo liberalism theory aims to survey the process of creation of Gas OPEC and Iran s Strategic viewpoint on it.
