خلاصه مقاله:
The present study is library research and applied. It tries to explain goals, concepts and definitions of knowledge management. Data collection method is library. Results showed that knowledge management as one of the main elements in knowledge– based organizations is a systematic and clear knowledge which is associated with creation, collection, organization, dissemination and application of knowledge and helps organizations to improve the quality of decisions, saving costs, increasing attraction rate of new customers, better performance of company, improvement of interest, effective management of new ideas, understanding customers` needs, increasing loyalty of customers, increasing innovation, increasing ability knowledge- based staff and fixed trend in organization, so it's important to note that.
