خلاصه مقاله:
Polyurethane (PU) chemistry has added valuable contributions to the adhesive bonding technology. These kinds of adhesives vary widely in composition and are used in many differentapplications in various market segments. A special kind of these adhesives, PU hot melt adhesives, have also beensynthesized and introduced to the market in recent decades. In this study, a new PU hot melt adhesive based on polylacticacid (PLA) has been synthesized and its peel (shear) strength has been compared to that of hydorxylated PLA (i.e. PLA having two OH functional groups at its chain ends).
