The ability of metallocenes in tailoring the composition of polymers and producing copolymers with uniform comonomer distribution have caused them to be considered as a promisingtype of olefin copolymerization catalysts. One of the main strategies toward producing new polymers is throughincorporation of new comonomers in polymer chains. The existence of C-C double bonds in ethylene copolymers can afford a broad range of new functionalized polymers withimproved properties [1]. In the present work the physical properties and comonomer distribution of ethylene / 5-ethylidene-2-norbornene (ENB)copolymer synthesized via metallocene catalyst Bis(2- PhInd)ZrCl2 is investigated.
