خلاصه مقاله:
Key issues in designing drug delivery systems are the avoidance of bursting effects and the attainment of controlled, in vivo release profiles over the lifetime of the depot. In thisregard, polymeric membrane-based delivery systems play a significant role in drug delivery systems. These systems are mostly rectified via using additives, which might have nocuous side effects [1, 2]. The aim of the present work is to modify the release pattern of in-situ forming implants containing Naltroxone, using different poly(D,L-lactide-coglycolide) (PLGA) blends, without incorporating any additional chemicals.
