خلاصه مقاله:
Metallic copper and copper complexes have attracted much attention because of their catalytic and optical properties and high electrical and heat conductivity. Today copper is used asa water purifier, an algaecide, a fungicide, a nematocide, and a molluscicide, as well as an antibacterial and antifouling agent.Cotton fabric is an ideal place for setting and growing pathogenic bacteria because of its porous and hydrophilic structure. Thus, antibacterial finishes are very important especially in medical usages. In this paper, a new chemical reduction method has been developed for preparing cotton fabric with antibacterialproperties by deposition of copper nano particles on cotton fabric through exhaustion method. In-situ synthesis of copper nano particles on/within the cellulosic chains of cotton fabric brings new properties such as antibacterial effects, higher dyeadsorption and more elasticity
