خلاصه مقاله:
Graphene is a two dimentional single layer of carbon atoms with the hexagonal packed structure. The carbon bonds are sp2 hybridized, where the in-plane σC-C bond is one of the strongestbonds in materials and the out-of-plane π bond, which contributes to a delocalized network of electrons, is responsible for theelectron conduction of graphene and provides the weak interaction among graphene layers or between graphene and substrate [1].Theoretical and experimental results on individual graphene nanosheets exhibit extremely high values of Young’s modulus,fracture strength, thermal conductivity and specific surface area.These properties make graphene very promising for many applications such as solar cells, hydrogen storage and nanocomposites [2].
