خلاصه مقاله:
Self-healing polymers and composites with microencapsulated healing agents offer tremendous potential for providing longlived structural materials [1].The self-healing microcapsulesnot only store the healing agent during quiescent states, also provide a mechanical trigger for the self-healing process whendamage occurs in the host material the capsules rupture starts [2]. Previously synthesized micro capsules e.g. ureaformaldehydemicro capsules containing dicyclopentadiene [1], melamine-urea-formaldehyde micro capsules containing bis-phenol F epoxidized resins [3], showed some problems.The formation of UF nanoparticles in water in the first case and none spherical microcapsules in the second case are someof observed difficulties. In present work we tried to improve the encapsulation method using commercial surfactant named Siquat Bac80 as a functional emulsifier. These procedures are expected to modify previous researches.
